flysepehran's meal service is designed for passengers who want to plan ahead; whether for health reasons, religious preferences, or picky little eaters. Our professional chefs prepare every dish with fresh, high-quality ingredients, so you can focus on the journey, not just the destination.

 

Meal selection service is coming soon. You'll be able to browse menus through our website and choose your main course up to 48 hours before departure.

How to Request a Special Meal

  • Special meal requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before departure via the Sepehran website.
  • RedMiles members will soon be able to save and manage their meal preferences directly in their account; no need to re-enter your choices each time.
  • All meals are Halal. Every dish served on board is prepared in accordance with Islamic slaughter guidelines, so there's no need to request an "Islamic meal" separately.
  • Allergen disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that our flights are entirely free of allergens. Please read the section below if you have a nut or peanut allergy.

Nut & Peanut Allergy Guidelines

If you have a nut, peanut, or other food allergy, please read the following carefully before you fly.

  • Consult your doctor first. If you have a known food allergy, speak with your doctor before traveling. Allergic reactions at altitude can be serious, and it's important to be prepared.
  • Carry your medication in your hand luggage. Keep your antiallergy medication and a doctor's note in your carry-on bag. Please note: a medical prescription and self-injection authorization are required to pass airport security. You will not be permitted through the gate without them.
  • Tell the cabin crew. In an emergency, notify the cabin crew immediately, show your medication, and present your doctor's note so they can take the right steps. Our cabin crew are trained in first aid, but if your allergy is severe, we strongly recommend traveling with a companion.
  • We cannot control what other passengers bring on board. Nut particles may also circulate through the cabin air system during the flight. Despite our precautions, Sepehran cannot accept liability for allergic reactions caused by nuts, peanuts, or snacks brought on board by other passengers.
  • Disclose your allergy when booking. If you do not declare a severe allergy at the time of booking or meal selection, and only raise it at check-in or on board, you may be denied boarding for safety reasons. In such cases, Sepehran cannot be held responsible.

Bringing Your Own Food on Board

Passengers with serious food allergies are welcome to bring their own meals on board. Please keep the following in mind:

  • No reheating. Due to limited on-board facilities, flysepehran is unable to heat personal meals.
  • No refrigeration. Personal meals cannot be stored in the aircraft refrigerator, as cross-contamination with other food items is a risk.
  • No strong odors. Please ensure your food doesn't have a pungent smell, out of consideration for fellow passengers.


Quarantine notice: Some destinations require that any food you bring on board be fully consumed during the flight or left on the aircraft upon arrival.
