Meal Selection

Our catering services at Fly Sepehran are designed to meet the demands, tastes, and preferences of passengers who choose healthy meals prior to their flight in order to maintain their health, respect religious tenets, or provide food for their child or infant. Pick a delicious flavor, made by our skilled chefs using only the finest ingredients, and enjoy your flight with our Meal Selection Service.

As soon as this service is available, passengers of Fly Sepehran will have the option of selecting their preferred meal from a menu of wholesome dishes made with the finest ingredients by our skilled chefs.

Tips you should know for meal selection:

  • The meal requests must be made 24 hours prior to departure via the Fly Sepehran website.
  • Members of the Sepehran Customer Club who reserve flights using their club membership card will soon be able to manage their food choices in their user accounts. They won’t have to re-register the food request as a result.
  • There is no need to ask for “Islamic food” because all meals we serve on Sepehran flights have been prepared and served in accordance with Islamic slaughter guidelines.
  • We have no responsibility for any allergy responses experienced by passengers on any of our flights because we cannot guarantee that the other passengers will have allergen-free foods or nuts. Food allergy sufferers can select one of our meals as they want.
  • Please read the following information if you have a nut or peanut allergy.

Allergy to nuts, peanuts, and other snacks

Keep in mind that severe, though infrequent, allergic reactions on a flight should be treated carefully if you are allergic to nuts, peanuts, or any other type of snack. Please visit your doctor before traveling and go over the dangers of food allergies prior to your trip if you have a specific allergy (such as a food allergy, nut allergy, or peanut allergy) and are aware of your allergy.

Have a doctor’s note and anti-allergy medication in your carry-on luggage if you are prone to any severe allergic reaction brought on by eating nuts and other foods. A doctor’s prescription and a self-injection permit are required to pass the airport security gate. You should be noticed that carrying self-injecting medication without a doctor’s prescription will prevent you from being accepted at the airport security gate.

In the event of an emergency, you must notify the cabin crew of your nut or peanut allergy, present your medication, and show a note from your doctor so that the appropriate measures can be done. Even though Fly Sepehran’s cabin crew is trained in first aid, if you have severe allergies, we advise that you travel with a family member.

We cannot guarantee that other passengers won’t be carrying nuts. As well as, during the flight, peanut particles may circulate through the air conditioning system.

Despite taking precautions throughout your flight, we regret that we are unable to accept liability for allergic reactions brought on by nuts, peanuts, or other snacks because we are unable to control whether these foods are on board by other passengers.

Due to safety concerns, passengers who do not disclose their severe allergy problem while purchasing a plane ticket or making a meal selection and disclose it at check-in or onboard may be restricted upon boarding. Such passengers will travel at their own responsibility; Fly Sepehran is not responsible for any allergy-related issues of these passengers.

Passengers with serious food allergies may bring their meals on board. However, there are several restrictions to reheating and refrigerating meals, which we will discuss over below:

  1. Due to the aircraft’s restricted amenities, Fly Sepehran does not heat such meals.
  2. Fly Sepehran will also not allow such meals to be stored in the refrigerator, since allergies contained in other food products inside the refrigerator may contaminate your food.
  3. The meals you carry onto the plane must be free of smell (pungent odor) so that they do not disturb other passengers on the journey.

Note: Quarantine restrictions in certain destinations require that any food passengers bring on board the airline be consumed during their flight or remain on board.
