Wheelchair
To ensure a worry-free and comfortable travel experience for passengers with disabilities, including those with physical impairments and individuals reliant on wheelchairs, Sepehran is committed to offering wheelchair services for all its domestic and international flights.
How to request a wheelchair
Passengers can request a wheelchair up to 3 hours prior to their flight. However, please be advised that if our wheelchair capacity has been reached, we may not be able to fulfill your request. As such, we recommend that you place your request through Fly Sepehran’s website 48 hours in advance of your flight.
For those who are in the process of booking a ticket through the Sepehran website, you can select a wheelchair during the booking process right after entering passenger information.
If your flight has already been booked or if you have purchased your ticket via a different online ticketing platform or application, you can still request a wheelchair by visiting the “Services” section of the Fly Sepehran website (https://flysepehran.com). Simply enter your passport number, select “Wheelchair Request,” and proceed with the reservation.
Wheelchair service fee
Fly Sepehran is pleased to offer complimentary wheelchair service for all its domestic flights. For international flights, there will be a fee for wheelchair service, which varies depending on the length of the journey. It’s worth noting that the fee for wheelchair services on Sepehran’s international flights can be paid in IR Rials, US Dollars, or Dinars.
To ascertain the cost of wheelchair services for your international flight, please visit the Fly Sepehran website. After inputting your passport number, proceed to register your wheelchair request. You will then be able to view and settle the amount due for the service.
Disabled passengers with personal wheelchairs
For passengers utilizing their own wheelchairs, Fly Sepehran will securely store the wheelchair in the aircraft’s cargo hold for the duration of the flight after ensuring it is safely packed. If the wheelchair is battery-powered, be it with wet or dry batteries, it will be properly packaged to secure the batteries and then stored in the plane until the flight concludes. Moreover, for wheelchairs equipped with detachable lithium-ion batteries, the batteries will be removed and safely packed, and the wheelchair will be stored in the cargo area until the end of the flight.
