flysepehran provides wheelchair services on all domestic and international flights, ensuring a comfortable journey for passengers with physical disabilities, mobility impairments, and anyone temporarily relying on a wheelchair.

How do I request a wheelchair?

 We recommend requesting at least 48 hours before your flight; capacity is limited and cannot be guaranteed for last-minute requests.

Requests are accepted up to 3 hours before departure

There are two ways to book:

  1. During ticket purchase: After entering passenger details on the Sepehran website, select the wheelchair option before completing your booking.
  2. After purchasing your ticket: Visit the "Services" section of the flysepehran website, enter your passport number, select "Wheelchair Request," and confirm.

How much does wheelchair service cost?

  • Domestic flights: Free of charge on all routes
  • International flights: A fee applies, varying by route length. Payment is accepted in IR Rials, US Dollars, or Dinars

To check the exact fee for your international flight, visit the flysepehran website, enter your passport number, and register your wheelchair request.  The amount will be shown before payment.

Travelling with your own wheelchair

Your wheelchair will be safely packed and stored in the aircraft's cargo hold for the duration of the flight. Here's how different battery types are handled:

No battery: Packed and stored in cargo

Wet or dry battery: Batteries are secured and the wheelchair is stored in cargo

Detachable lithium-ion battery: Batteries are removed and separately packed; the wheelchair is stored in cargo
