Club Terms And Conditions

To enroll in the FlySepehran Customer Club (RedMiles) and take advantage of its benefits, please thoroughly read the terms and conditions of the membership.

RedMiles Customer Club Registration Rules

Passengers 18 years old and older can join the FlySepehran Customer Club. Additionally, joining the RedMiles Club requires compliance with specific rules and regulations relevant to your circumstances. Note that legal entities, groups, or associations cannot become members.

  • Your membership begins after completing the application form and agreeing to the rules and regulations.
  • You cannot hold multiple memberships in the FlySepehran Customer Club using different membership numbers (passport numbers). Likewise, a single membership number (one passport number) cannot be shared by multiple individuals.
  • After completing the registration process and receiving approval for your application, you will gain access to the RedMiles Club services. Please note that FlySepehran retains the authority to decline any membership application without the obligation to disclose the reasons for rejection.
  • FlySepehran is not responsible for any taxes or additional expenses that may arise for you.
  • Local laws in certain countries may impose restrictions on the rules and regulations of the FlySepehran Customer Club. FlySepehran holds the right to implement necessary measures to comply with these restrictions. Consequently, the RedMiles Customer Club disclaims any liability for compensation claims related to damages arising from such modifications.
  • The interpretation, execution, and resolution of disputes related to the RedMiles Club are governed by the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Iranian courts and executive offices hold jurisdiction over these disputes. Nonetheless, FlySepehran reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings in any other competent court within the same legal jurisdiction.

Cancellation, Suspension, and Termination of Membership

You have the option to cancel your RedMiles membership at any time by submitting a written request or through your FlySepehran customer club profile. On the other hand, FlySepehran has the authority to terminate your membership contract at any time, provided they give a two-week notice. They are not obligated to explain the reasons for the cancellation. However, if reasons are provided, the notice period may be extended.

FlySepehran has the authority to suspend your membership under certain circumstances. This suspension will remain in effect until specific conditions are met. If any of these conditions persist, FlySepehran may immediately terminate your membership without prior notice and retain the right to seek legal recourse or compensation. In such events, FlySepehran’s obligations to you, including any accrued points and services under the RedMiles Club, will be nullified.

  • If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the RedMiles Customer Club, including the rules for purchasing plane tickets or the general transport conditions with FlySepehran.
  • If you submit false information, such as inaccurate flight details, name, passport number, etc.
  • If you misuse the benefits of the RedMiles Customer Club in any unlawful manner.
  • In the event of verbal or physical harassment towards RedMiles Customer Club staff, FlySepehran passengers, or other travelers, inappropriate or illegal conduct during flights or in airport lounges (both public and VIP), or causing damage to the aircraft, or the property of passengers and cabin crew.

Point Validity upon Membership Termination

Should FlySepehran terminate your membership and the notice period concludes, the benefits accrued from your RedMiles Club membership will remain valid for six months. Within this period, you may redeem the points in your account by the RedMiles Club’s terms and conditions. However, if your account lacks sufficient points for an award redemption, you will not have the right to claim any value for those points. In cases where FlySepehran cancels your membership for justified reasons, you will forfeit the right to use the points in your account.

Travel Record Validity in the RedMiles Club

As stipulated in the terms and conditions of the FlySepehran Customer Club, the sole entity authorized to calculate earned points, furnish details about awards, and manage their issuance and execution is the FlySepehran Customers Club (RedMiles).

Identification Code/Username

You will receive a unique identification code/username for conducting online activities related to your RedMiles club membership. This code is exclusive to you and non-transferable. It’s important to keep your identification code confidential, as FlySepehran is not liable for any unauthorized use of your code. Should you encounter any issues, it’s crucial to promptly notify the RedMiles club. FlySepehran bears no responsibility in situations where such notification is delayed or not made.

Accumulating Points through Flight Travel

The quantity of points you accrue is contingent on your membership duration and adheres to the RedMiles Club’s Terms and Conditions. FlySepehran retains the authority to modify the point-earning and redemption rules whenever necessary. Additionally, the method of point calculation may vary according to the season and various festivals. FlySepehran also holds the right to alter these calculation rules at any given time.

Award Ticket

You may redeem your points for award tickets on FlySepehran’s domestic flights. These award tickets are exclusively available for purchase through miles on the FlySepehran website. FlySepehran sales representatives are not authorized to issue award tickets.

  • Please note that points will not be granted for flights booked using award tickets.
  • You are not permitted to use your points to obtain an award ticket for someone else.
  • You have the option to modify the date and time of your award ticket. However, any changes are subject to the availability and time frames stipulated by the RedMiles Club.

Points Threshold for Obtaining an Award Ticket

For an award ticket request, your account must contain sufficient points. If your account lacks the necessary points, you will not be eligible to receive the award ticket.

Validity Period of the Award Ticket

  • This award ticket is non-transferable and non-renewable. Additionally, points cannot be pooled with those of other RedMiles Club members to obtain an award.
  • FlySepehran has the authority to place certain restrictions on the issuance of award tickets, such as limited availability during peak travel periods or to high-demand destinations.
  • FlySepehran may seasonally restrict or suspend the utilization of award tickets.
  • The award ticket is valid solely for scheduled flights operated by FlySepehran and cannot be combined with tickets from other airlines.

Inappropriate Use of Award Tickets

If you submit false information, such as inaccurate flight details, to illegitimately gain more points or exploit your membership in the RedMiles Club for undue advantages, FlySepehran Customer Club will terminate your membership and invalidate any points accrued. In instances of such misuse, you will be liable to pay compensation equivalent to the highest value of an award ticket. Additionally, FlySepehran may seek further damages. It’s important to note that points cannot be earned on flights booked as award tickets, charter flights, flights operated by other airlines, or flights under a different airline code.

General Terms and Conditions for Different Tiers of the RedMiles Customer Club

Below, you will find detailed information about the general terms and conditions for each membership tier within the FlySepehran Customer Club. This includes guidelines for purchasing, transferring, and converting miles, as well as the terms for buying miles to renew membership.

RED

  1. In this tier, the miles you accumulate will remain valid for three years.
  2. To upgrade from the Red Tier to the Red Pro Tier, you must accumulate 25,000 status miles within a single year.
  3. In the Red Tier, it’s not possible to purchase fractional miles for membership renewal.
  4. There is no need for membership renewal in the Red Tier.

RED PRO

  1. In this tier, the miles you earn will have a validity period of three years.
  2. To progress from the Red Pro Tier to the Senator Tier, you need to accumulate 40,000 Status miles within one year.
  3. Members in the Red Pro Tier have the option to purchase fractional miles for renewing their membership.
  4. Status miles earned in the Red Pro Tier are valid for two years.
  5. For membership renewal in the Red Pro Tier: if you earn 17,000 Status miles in the first year, or 35,000 Status miles over two years, your Red Pro card’s validity will be extended by an additional two years. Failing to meet these criteria will result in your membership being downgraded to the Red Card level.

SENATOR

  1. In this tier, the validity of miles earned is three years.
  2. To upgrade from the Senator to the Gold category, you need to accumulate 80,000 status miles within a single year.
  3. Members in the Senator Tier can purchase fractional miles for membership renewal.
  4. The status miles in the Senator Tier remain valid for two years.
  5. For renewing membership in the Senator Tier, if you accumulate 30,000 status miles in the first year or 45,000 status miles over two years, your Senator card will be extended for an additional two years. If these criteria are not met, your membership will be downgraded to the Red Pro card level.

GOLD

  1. In this tier, the validity period of miles will be 3 years.
  2. In the Gold Tier, you have the option of purchasing fractional miles for membership renewal.
  3. Status miles in the Gold Tier are valid for two years.
  4. For membership renewal in the Gold Tier: if you earn 40,000 Status miles in the first year or 60,000 Status miles over two years, your Gold card’s validity will be extended by an additional two years. Failure to meet these requirements will result in a downgrade of your membership to the Senator Card level.

Mile Purchasing, Terms and Conditions

As a RedMiles member, you can purchase between 1,000 and 50,000 miles through the FlySepehran Customer Club.

  1. Miles can be purchased via the FlySepehran website.
  2. Members have the flexibility to buy miles for themselves or other club members.
  3. The minimum amount of miles you can purchase is 1,000.
  4. You can buy up to a maximum of 50,000 miles.
  5. Your account will be charged immediately following the purchase.
  6. Please note that the fee paid to purchase miles is non-refundable.

Mile Transferring, Terms and Conditions

In the FlySepehran Customer Club, members have the option to transfer their miles to any other member subject to a specified fee. These transferred miles can be used for purchasing award tickets, upgrading membership status, or renewing membership.

  1. RedMiles, members are allowed to transfer their miles to another individual.
  2. There is no limit to the number of miles you can transfer, either minimum or maximum.
  3. All unused miles in your account are eligible to be transferred.
  4. Transferring miles does not affect their status.
  5. Members are free to transfer any quantity of miles.
  6. Miles are transferred as they are, meaning that the transfer does not affect your card status or Status Mile.
  7. Miles transfer remains valid for three years from the date of transferring.
  8. Once transferred, these miles can be transferred again if needed.
  9. A fee is charged for every 1,000 points transferred.
  10. Both points and the transferred fees are non-refundable.
  11. Mile transfers can only be processed through the FlySepehran website.
  12. All transferred points are governed by the RedMiles Club terms and conditions.
  13. Transferred points are credited to the recipient’s account immediately.
  14. For a transfer to occur, the sender and the recipient must have registered at least one flight with FlySepehran in the past two years.
  15. A confirmation email/SMS will be sent to both the sender and the recipient after the transfer.
  16. Transferred points will remain accessible for three years from the transfer date.

Converting Miles, Terms and Conditions

You have the option to transform your accumulated miles into status miles, which can be applied towards enhancing or renewing your membership, where every 5 miles equate to 1 status mile.

  1. Miles that are converted will be deducted from your account.
  2. Status miles gained through conversion will remain valid for a period of 1 to 2 years, specifically to renew or upgrade your membership.
  3. Once converted, these miles cannot be refunded.
  4. Only the account holder will have access to the converted miles.
  5. The transfer of status miles to other members is not permissible.

Purchasing Miles for Membership Renewal, Terms and Conditions

If you don’t get the required miles to renew your membership, you can buy them from the FlySepehran website.

  1. Red Pro members are permitted to purchase up to 5,000 status miles for renewal, while Senator or Gold card holders may buy up to 10,000 status miles.
  2. These purchases should be made before the current membership expires, specifically during the second year of membership.
  3. Acquiring status miles through purchase will not alter your existing miles balance.
  4. The minimum number of miles that can be bought is 1,000.
  5. Fees paid for mile purchases are non-refundable.

Miles Activation, Terms and Conditions

You have the option to extend the validity of your points under specific conditions, which can then be used for award ticket purchases and seat selection.

  1. Only miles that expired within the last year are eligible for reactivation.
  2. There are no limits on the number of miles you want to reactivate.
  3. Reactivated miles will be credited to your account as points.
  4. These reactivated miles will remain accessible for three years following the date of the transaction.
  5. The fee charged for the reactivation process is non-refundable.
  6. There are no minimum or maximum limits set for the reactivation of your miles.
  7. All unused, old points in your account are eligible for reactivation.
  8. Once reactivated, these points will stay valid for three years from the reactivation date.

You&Friends in RedMiles Club

Earn 500 bonus miles for each friend you refer to join RedMiles. Once your referred friend joins and completes their first flight as a RedMiles member, these points will be added to your account. You can gain a maximum of 2500 points by referring multiple friends.

  1. Invite as many friends as you like to RedMiles, but point rewards are limited to the first five friends.
  2. To send an invite, you must provide your friend’s first name, last name, and email address.
  3. You’ll receive 500 points per friend who joins RedMiles Club via your referral email and completes their first flight.
  4. The total points you can accumulate through referrals is capped at 2500.
  5. Points will not be awarded to friends who are already RedMiles members.
  6. Points accrued via the You&Friends program are governed by the RedMiles Club Terms and Conditions.
  7. You must be signed into your account to send invitations to RedMiles.
