  • Copy of the Official Registration Notice and the Company’s Articles of Association
  • VAT Registration Form
  • Photo of the Company Signboard and Entrance facade

Flight Booking Web Service (API) Request

Required Documents:

  • Certificate of Eligibility to Provide Online Ticket Sales Services
  • Copy of the Category A License
  • Copy of the Employer Workshop Code issued through the Social Security Organization system
  • Copy of the Official Certificate of Authorized Signatories
  • Copy of the Company’s Articles of Association
  • Copies of the ID Cards of the CEO and Technical Manager
  • VAT Registration Form
  • Photo of the Company Signboard and Entrance Facade
  • Official Letter Declaring the IP Addresses, Including the Website Address, the Name of the Ticketing Software Provider, and a Maximum of Two IP Addresses
  • Official Letter Providing Specimen Signatures of the Authorized Signatories
  • One Promissory Note in the Amount of IRR 500,000,000 (Equivalent to 50,000,000 Tomans)

*Terms and Restrictions:

  • Agency Sales Access (Sign) and the Web Service (API) are available for both domestic and international flights
  • Commission rates are determined in accordance with FlySepehran Airlines’ applicable procedures, based on the route and fare class
  • Restrictions on the number and timing of SOTO, SOTI, and SITI ticketing transactions will be applied to the agency in accordance with FlySepehran Airlines’ internal circulars and regulations
  • In the event of non-compliance with the agency’s obligations and requirements set out in Article 4 of the Agreement, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with FlySepehran Airlines’ internal regulations
  • Agencies using the Web Service (API) must maintain a minimum account balance of IRR 50,000,000 to access and display flight availability
