Today, flysepehran stands on the threshold of expanding its regional and international presence, continuing our journey toward excellence in aviation.
- 2016: flysepehran was established to provide passenger, cargo, and freight services.
- 2018: Official launch of operations with two aircraft (EP-FSB and EP-FSI). Launch of flysepehran Catering. Received the Approved Training Organization (ATO) certificate from the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran. Established flysepehran’s Engineering and Maintenance Unit. Workforce reached 350 employees.
- 2019–2020: EP-FSA joined the fleet, bringing the total to three aircraft. Launch of the flysepehran Loyalty Club (RedMiles). Workforce numbered 339 employees (pandemic period).
- 2021: Fleet expanded to four aircraft with the addition of EP-FSK. Workforce increased to 401 employees.
- 2022: Fleet expanded to six aircraft with the addition of EP-FSU and EP-FSV. Workforce increased to 535 employees.
- 2023: Fleet expanded to nine aircraft with the addition of EP-FSG, EP-FSL, and EP-FSF. Workforce increased to 820 employees.
- 2024: Fleet expanded to twelve aircraft with the addition of EP-FSE, EP-FST, and EP-FSQ. Workforce increased to 1,002 employees.
flysepehran currently operates a safe and efficient fleet of 12 Boeing 737 aircraft.
All aircraft are maintained in full compliance with international safety and performance standards, and are equipped with features that ensure a comfortable, secure, and reliable travel experience.
Each aircraft accommodates 132 passengers and operates on both domestic and international routes. The seating is designed to meet strict safety and ergonomic standards, ensuring Passengers’ comfort throughout the journey.
With an average employee age of 37.5 years, flysepehran is one of the youngest airlines in Iran in terms of workforce demographics. Today, more than 1,000 skilled
professionals are employed across flysepehran’s central offices in Tehran and Mashhad, as well as at its operational bases nationwide.
From the earliest days of operation, flysepehran’s employees have been regarded as its most valuable asset. The steady growth of the workforce reflects the company’s continuous

With more than 200 specialists based in Tehran and Mashhad, this division plays a critical role in supporting flight operations and keeping every aircraft in optimal condition, in full compliance with both national and international aviation standards (IRI.CAO and ICAO). The division is equipped with comprehensive facilities for Boeing 737 Classic aircraft, along with a fully stocked spare parts inventory.
